According to First  10/19/15 Cinnamon is a powerful flu fighter.  That research finds that it has antiviral and antibacterial properties.  It's good to add one or two teaspoons in daily diet.

*Lemons contain:  Vitamin C & Citric Acid,  elements of calcium, copper, iron, B-complex vitamins, phosphorus and fiber

*Helpful to make lettuce crisp up, soak in ice water with lemon for 20 minutes and then dry.

*Make lemon ice cubes, filled with fiber and vitamin c for adding to your ice water. 

*Lemons are great for roasting chicken.  place lemon peels in side bird.
